| RETURN POLICY purchased from a dealer may not be returned or exchanged through AOMNI, and you must contact the dealer directly. AOMNI offers an exclusive fifteen (15) day exchange/return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase with a return authorization. Copy of the original purchase invoice must be provided to obtain authorization. Returns are subject to restocking fees, depending on the condition of goods and packaging materials. If the item is returned in "new" condition with all packaging intact, there is a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. To return a product, please call Customer Service at 1-408-245-9100 to obtain return authorization and instruction. All returns are subject to an inspection before credit or refund is issued. All exchange/return products must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals and all accessories. Please do not mark on the item or the package except for address label with return authorization. There will be charges for replacement of damaged, altered, missing materials. Returns must be made by freight prepaid. Any returns shipped by freight collect will be refused. Any product returned without proper authorization will be refused or returned back to customer by freight collect. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without proper authorization. |
