Aomni Corporation (“AOMNI”) warrants its products to be free of manufacturing
defects in material and workmanship, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth,
for a period of twenty four (24) months from the date of purchase.
This warranty is subject to the following conditions and limitations.
AOMNI will, at its sole option, either repair or replace any product or part that proves
defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Replacement products or
parts may be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. The
warranty is void and inapplicable if the product has been used or handled other than
in accordance with the instruction manual, abused, or misused, damaged by accident
or neglect or in being transported, or the defect is due to the product being repaired
or tampered with by anyone other than AOMNI or an authorized AOMNI support
center. In order to return a product, proper return procedures must be followed as
described below.
Inquiries regarding the warranty must be made directly to and authorized by AOMNI
before the return. With a proper authorization, all return products must be shipped in
its original or equivalent package to protect the products from damages during
shipping. The return must be made by freight prepaid by customer to the location
instructed by AOMNI. AOMNI will pay return freight of its choice.
If any returned product is determined misused or abused, the products will be
shipped back to customer without any repair or work done by freight collect, or
AOMNI will provide the customer with a quotation for repair. No work will be done
without customer’s written approval.
If any returned product is determined to be NO PROBLEM FOUND, there will be a
charge based on time spent for diagnostics, and the product will be returned back to
customer by freight collect. Diagnostics charge must be paid before the product is
returned back to customers.
THE FOREGOING IS THE COMPLETE WARRANTY FOR AOMNI PRODUCTS AND SUPERSEDES ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH
ABOVE, NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO AOMNI PRODUCTS AND AOMNI
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED HEREIN, INCLUDING, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED
BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL AOMNI BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR TO THE USER OF A AOMNI
PRODUCT FOR ANY DAMAGES, EXPENSES, LOST REVENUES, LOST SAVINGS, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY
OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, USE OR INABILITY
TO USE THE AOMNI PRODUCT, EVEN IF AOMNI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES.
